Car parking facilities also matter while renting apartments.

Your neighbors must also be friendly. In some of the apartments, neighbors are barely introduced to each other. They remain closed all day. Just in case, there was a thief or a burglar, some of the neighbors do not respond. So, find out neighbors who are friendly, social and they must be able to help each other out in case of adversities. You may also look into the number of offenders and criminals in a particular place.

If there is more number of them, then there is no point in buying or renting an apartment. Your street must be adequately safe with lights at night time and also police should frequent the area regularly at nights. Checking for these will help you rent a good apartment!
